intend to avail of the tax rebate on the Revenue Expenditure to the tune of 175% of the grant given to the Foundation (under Section 35(1)(ii) of the Income Tax Act 1961, of Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Tax), inform the Foundation on Email: susheela@bol.net.in  

The Foundation shall then provide a Research proposal ( a requirement) for the Grant which the Corporate Body Intend to make. An Email to the above effect received by Dr. A.K. Susheela, Executive Director, shall be responded with relevant information.

Your contribution if more than Rs. 25000, will help to get 50% tax rebate under section 80G. We provide a Certificate to the Donor to claim the rebate upon receipt of the donation.

If a Corporate Body, can avail of 175% of the amount donated, under revenue expenditure as the Foundation has clearance from Ministry of Finance, GOI clause (ii) of the subsection (1)of Section 35 of Income Tax Act 1961.
